Here are some tips:
- Get adequate sleep - at least 6-8 hours.
- Stay well hydrated by drinking lots of water.
- Try to notice which foods make you extra tired. Your body may take a long time to process certain foods and make you tired in the process.
- Wear a hat to protect your eyes from the sun.
- Don’t drink alcohol.
If your fatigue lasts longer than a few days, something more might be going on and you should seek medical attention.
