Diarrhea & Constipation

Tips for helping with Diarrhea:

  • Drink water and Gatorade to help keep you hydrated.

  • Don’t stop eating but take it easy on your body.

  • Avoid alcohol, spicy food, greasy food, caffeine, milk, sugar, and fruits.

  • Try eating plain food like rice, bread, and vegetables.

  • If it’s not getting better go to urgent care or the ER. You might have an infection.

Tip for helping with constipation:

  • Eat yogurt to help your digestive system get back to normal.

  • Add more fiber to your diet. This includes cereal, grains, fruits, and vegetables
