Drink water and Gatorade to help keep you hydrated.
Don’t stop eating but take it easy on your body.
Avoid alcohol, spicy food, greasy food, caffeine, milk, sugar, and fruits.
Try eating plain food like rice, bread, and vegetables.
If it’s not getting better go to urgent care or the ER. You might have an infection.
Eat yogurt to help your digestive system get back to normal.
Add more fiber to your diet. This includes cereal, grains, fruits, and vegetables
