# Blood in spit, stool, or urine

Do you ever look at your poop or pee? Both your poop and urine say a lot about what's going on in your body. Your spit can also give you some clues. Blood in any of these can be a sign of infection or of something much more serious.

* Blood in your spit might be bright red or it could have a pink color to it.
* Blood in your urine might look pink or like dirty water.
* Blood in your poop might look bright red or really black, making it look like tar.
