Heart Attack

A heart attack happens when one or more of the arteries that supply your heart becomes blocked. This means that the muscles in your heart aren’t able to get all the oxygen they need. The longer the artery is blocked, the more dangerous the situation becomes.

Go to the hospital or call 911 right way if you think you might be having a heart attack.

  • Signs and symptoms of a heart attack
